Group COO – An internationally minded business leader, Michael has worked and lived across Europe and India for the last 30 years, holding senior sales and marketing positions with Unilever and Eastman Kodak and then more recently as an Executive Board Member on both the UK and World boards for Interflora/FTD.
Michael was a key member of the VC-backed MBO of Interflora, turning the business around and transforming it into a leading edge digital marketing business through the launch of new websites, product innovations and a successful customer database strategy, thereby delivering a profitable exit.
Michael has experience in launching brands, integrating acquisitions and building businesses with a clear focus on driving revenues and EBITDA.
